How to Suspend a Google Workspace User:
1. Sign in to your Google Workspace Admin Console
Go to admin.google.com and sign in with your administrator credentials.
2. Navigate to Users
In the Admin Console, click on "Users" to view a list of all users in your domain.
3. Select the User to Suspend
Find and click on the user you want to suspend.
4. Suspend the User
Click on the "More" button (three vertical dots) in the upper-right corner of the user's profile.
Select "Suspend User."
5. Confirm the Suspension
A confirmation window will appear. Review the information, and if you're sure, click "Suspend User."
How to Restore a Suspended Google Workspace User:
1. Sign in to your Google Workspace Admin Console
Go to admin.google.com and sign in with your administrator credentials.
2. Navigate to Users
In the Admin Console, click on "Users" to view a list of all users in your domain.
3. Filter for Suspended Users
Use the filter options to show only suspended users.
4. Select the Suspended User to Restore
